A little shabby and unrevealing, these single-storey premises are easily overlooked. They are home to PF Progress Fabrications Ltd, who are "Specialists in Stainless Steel and Mild Steel Fabrications, Lazer cutting, Welding, Proto-type & Batch Work". The Nelson name refers to the family whose factory at Emscote Wharf on the canal manufactured gelatines.
