The phone box no longer contains a phone. Instead there is a supply of snacks, soft drinks and biscuits for walker on the Speyside Way, on a self-service and honesty box basis. K6 is the number of this design of phone box, the sixth to be commissioned by the Post Office. 35,000 K6s were produced between 1935 and 1940.
