This bus stop is served by buses running on the route from Coventry via Brinklow and is the first one encountered as they enter the Rugby urban area. Interestingly the flag, although battered, still displays the Midland Red name (in two different styles) more than twenty years after Stagecoach dropped the brand. In fact, the legal name for Stagecoach operations in Warwickshire remains Midland Red (South) Ltd. However, this route has for many years been a Warwickshire County Council tendered service currently operated by National Express on weekdays and Stagecoach on Sundays. Bay Tree House is in the background.
