By Richard Seifert & Partners, 1968. Cruciform-shaped and very distinctive in its colouring and banding. The pilotis are pure Seifert (Image]). Formerly occupied by the Land Registry, in 2018, bizarrely, it was sold to Torbay Council for £11.5m.
