This impressive three-storey house, with basement/lower ground floor and attic space, enjoys one of the finest views of the River Tyne in the area. Built during the mid-19th century, Collingwood Terrace was described in the 1992 edition of Nikolaus Pevsner's book, 'The Buildings of England Northumberland', as, "still in the Georgian tradition and outward-facing from a large hollow block to catch views over the harbour".
