Ready for demolition

The building is Braemar House on the site of Kingsway Hospital is about to be demolished. It has been unused for a long time and is boarded up. Along with the nearby Bramble House, which was a nurses home and is locally listed and has already been pulled down they are being replaced with an 80 bed extra care home and retirement flats.
