Impressive stonework built in 1809. Their web site says: "Following a Performance Test in 2003, Dartmoor now operates under a Service Level Agreement (SLA).", which in my experience of government establishments, is a cause for some concern. http://www.hmprisonservice.gov.uk/prisoninformation/locateaprison/prison.asp?id=322,15,2,15,322,0
