c1920s housing in South Park, these two being 2 parts of a 4 house block. The flag is showing support for the NHS during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, with the window stickers providing encouragement during the initial lockdown in response to the pandemic: "Keep safe and keep smiling" and "Turn your frown upside down".
