The business park occupies part of the former army base established near Old Dalby in the late 1930s; later to become the Old Dalby Army Base Repair Organisation, which closed in 1996. The park includes the Belvoir Brewery, which produces some excellent beers https://www.belvoirbrewery.co.uk/
