Picture taken from a footpath in Pikes Pool Heritage Park. While it is unusual, and very scenic, to have such a steep-sided burn running between two streets in a residential area, what caught my eye was the curved decking running outside the fence of the house on the right of the picture. I'm not sure whether it is on public land or private property, and it also has no railing. It is shown on the largest scale online maps as continuing further round the back of other garden fences, though I have to confess as it was getting dark I just took this picture and headed further up the footpath without noticing, so may have to revisit at some point earlier in the day!
