Waterfront Business Park near Merry Hill, Dudley

The Dudley No 1 Canal passes through the Waterfront Business Park, adjacent to the Merry Hill Shopping Centre. The business park was built on the site of the demolished Round Oak Steel works, which closed in 1982. Construction was during 1989 and 1990. It's odd that the roof tiles look so grey, rather than red when they are wet.
