This block of granite-built houses on King Street at the junction with Seaton Place were derelict when this photograph was taken in 1976. The premises on the corner still had an old sign up, saying 'Dee Don Car Spares'; and 'TV Sales' was written above the door. These properties have since been renovated and extended upwards.
