A pair of 18th century houses towards the northern end of the main part of St Peter's Street. On the right is No 40 (originally called Donnington House, now Mallinson House) and to its left is the similar but later No 42. Both are grade II listed - for listing particulars see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1347164 and www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1103055 respectively. Together with No 38, they house the headquarters of the National Pharmacy Association.
