Corner Cottage, Little St Mary's occupies the northern crosswing of a medieval house with two crosswings. The centre range of the house is Corpus Christi Image and the southern crosswing is The Gate House Image Timber framed and stuccoed, the house was altered in the 16th and 17th centuries and was refronted in the 18th century when the centre range was built out in line with the crosswings. Unusually the crosswings have hipped roofs. One room of Corner Cottage has the remains of wall paintings.
