The Chester Millennium Festival Trail is a route that was created in the year 2000, and which winds through the city passing 40 buildings of architectural interest. This marker is named BISHOP LLOYD'S PALACE and is No 30. It is set into the pavement in Watergate Street in front of the ornately carved building. It may have been built for Bishop George Lloyd about 1604. The next plaque on the trail is: Image
