The development of this site for a new 90,000 sq ft building for The Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government. It is due to include departments including: Passport Office, Environment Agency, Natural England, etc.. The development is funded and owned by: Legal & General Investment Management. The developer is: Bride Hall Developments Ltd. The main contractor is: Bowmer + Kirkland.
