Mount Melville, adjacent to Craigtoun Park, St Andrews, is a large mansion house built for the Younger family of brewing fame, with Craigtoun Country Park, and the adjacent Dukes Golf Course originally part of the estate. It became a Maternity Hospital but has for many years been seeking a new use (ideally located for a hotel). It is on the Buildings at Risk Register but still appears to be in good structural condition.
