Looking west-north-west at Ladywood Junction (Oozells Street Loop) on an increasingly dull and drizzly morning*. The Oozells Street Loop is a remnant from the original James Brindley 1772 line to Wolverhampton, which was straightened by Thomas Telford between 1823 and 1838 (1827 by this section). * note the blemish caused by a rain droplet on the lens!
