Part of the large St James Retail Park on the eastern edge of Knaresborough. The outdoor seating at the McDonald's restaurant in the foreground was taped off due to restrictions in place as a response to the coronavirus pandemic which had affected the country since the spring of 2020. This also partially explains the large queue for the drive through as food was not permitted to be sold for consumption on the premises at the time of this photo, meaning anyone who wanted a McDonald's meal had to take it away.
