This was the final trolleybus depot in Bradford to remain operational, with just services 7 to Thornton and 8 to Duckworth Lane still remaining. A feature of the depot, which had been built for trams, was that trolleybuses had to reverse out into the road to take up service. This view was taken on the last day of public service in Bradford, marking the end of trolleybus operation in Britain. This is one of a series of views featuring buses in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=2114547&displayclass=slide
