Bude Post Office https://www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder/3585395/bude is of a type which could once be found in any town: a sizeable building in a prominent location. In many places of similar or greater size they have now been replaced by inconspicuous premises or even a counter tucked away in another shop. Bude's wedge-shaped PO stands proudly on its own. Just the place from which to send your seaside postcards. In the foreground, a stencil on the pavement marks a one-way system for pedestrians: likely a necessity in the summer of 2020, but disregarded in December.
