Once part of the Earl of Wilton’s Estate, now a West Highland Cattle farm. Radcliffe Hall was built in the mid 16th century. It was rebuilt in 1872 following a fire. OS maps prior to this date show it as “Radcliffe Hall” but later maps show it as “Old Hall Farm”. The farmhouse is a Grade II listed building (Historic England List Entry Number: 1317966 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1317966 ). The Rusticated stone gate piers with ball finials probably date from the early eighteenth century; they are also Grade II-listed (List Entry Number: 1067227 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1067227 ).
