Although contiguous with the Acute Trust's Worcestershire Royal Hospital, this block is administered by a different trust and includes sexual health and child and adolescent mental health facilities. In terms of age it is part of the 1970s Newtown Hospital and has just had a refurbishment. The containerised offices have appeared recently and I am not sure what item of work they are associated with. The work is being undertaken by Interclass plc.
