The King's Court office blocks (three of them) were built as part of the private finance initiative building Worcestershire Royal Hospital and form another source of income for Siemens who run the PFI project. The Acute Hospital Trust rents No. 3 King's Court as office space and users of it include IT and colorectal cancer screening among many others. It also includes the meeting room for cancer multidisciplinary team meetings.
