The service reservoir at the city waterworks appears to consist of two separate (but possibly interconnected) circular underground tanks with a green roof. Each has an ornate control/access tower on top; this southern one also now hosts a solar farm. Viewed from the top deck of a passing bus as a high wall obscures the view from street level.
