House built in 1901, designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens. Grade II listed - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1028794. By the door is a blue plaque, installed by the Dorking Museum and The Dorking Society which states "Emmeline Pethick Lawrence 1867-1954 Frederick Pethick Lawrence 1871-1961 Suffragette leaders and peace campaigners lived here 1901-1921".
