These "no waiting" cones have been lining both sides of the Kenilworth Road from Kenpas Highway to the far end of the Memorial Park for several weeks for some unknown reason - the road is marked with double yellow lines in any case. The pavement in the foreground is dual use, pedestrians to the left, two-way cycle way to the right, with some laurel and holly encroachment on the left.
