Charlton Cemetery dates from 1855. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlton_cemetery for more detail. The British submarine HMS H-3 was mined while attempting to penetrate the Austrian anchorage at Cattaro in the Adriatic sea. She was lost with all 21 hands. William Frazier was a Leading Stoker.
