The closer mill occupied by Protech is a former textile mill and the middle chimney probably belongs to that. The chimney on the left is probably associated with Shoobridge Mill. The chimney on the right in the distance is on a small mill on Shoobridge Street that I have not found a name for yet. It is now quite an achievement to see three square brick 'Staffordshire' chimneys in one view. The decorative tops on two are also quite rare survivals.
