The simplest of signs giving the name and the two dates 1923 and 1948 which can only relate to the East Norfolk Railway Company, which in 1923 became part of the LNER - London North Eastern Railway. In turn this became part of British Railways upon nationalisation in 1948. https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6704927
