Farm on the Ford and Etal Estate, and home of the Hay Farm Heavy Horse Centre. The buildings on the far left date from 1795 with the wing in the centre of the photo, including the chimney, added in the mid 19th Century. All are grade II listed - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1154231.
