The disused round brick chimney has probably been truncated and is on the Frank Stone Factory, a former carpet factory. The office block on the right was built in 1936 for the New Road Carpet Mills of Victoria Carpets. It is now home (at least in part) to St John Ambulance. The photographers viewpoint is from the site of the former Chlidema Mill.
