New-build housing on the Barratt Homes 'Harrier Chase' site https://www.barratthomes.co.uk/new-homes/united-kingdom/h724301-harrier-chase/ . The estate is the first housing on the planned Brough South development. This will eventually comprise 750 new homes and associated amenities on a 125-acre site between the Hull-Doncaster railway and former Brough Aerodrome. It represents a continuation of the recent expansion of the town, particularly to its south-east. As a result, the population of Brough and the adjacent Elloughton has doubled in the past 15 years.
