The former Trossachs Hotel building is B listed, see http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB4065, which describes changes up until it became part of the Holiday Property Bond portfolio. Built in 1849, it remains an important building dominating the view across Loch Achray and giving scale to the surrounding landscape.
