"Castle Combe is a quintessentially English village often named as the ‘prettiest village in England.' The village sits in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty". The busy and narrow village street is sometimes difficult for motorists to traverse, hence the ban on parking here. www.castle-combe.com
