The former A21

The A21 was by-passed in 2005 and this is the former A21 beyond Grantham Hall where it has been narrowed by nature. The road still exists as a cul-de-sac up to Grantham Hall but behind where I am standing it is now a narrowed track up to the northern end of the Lamberhurst By-pass. As can be seen in many places the old white lines and cats' eyes are still visible.
