Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//16/01037 for the “removal of condition 08 (code for sustainable homes) of planning permission CA/15/02198/VAR which varied condition 02 of planning permission CA/14/00604/FUL for demolition of existing car showroom/car preparation buildings, alterations and extension to an existing showroom with flat above to allow conversion to 2 dwellings and residential redevelopment comprising 10 houses, for replacement drawing numbers 2343-112A and 2343 DEM-01A regarding demolition”. The site used to be occupied by Barretts’ car showroom/car preparation buildings.
