This is the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal north of Autherley Junction, between Pendeford and Fordhouses, and looking north towards Penkridge, Stafford and Great Haywood. Aqua hire boats are based at Barton Turns near Burton-on-Trent, on the Trent and Mersey Canal. As this image was taken in 2013, the narrowboat Aqua Life currently available for hire, and built in 2019, is not this one!
