Along with "Ma Pardoe's" in Netherton, Dudley, "The Blue Anchor" Helston, Cornwall, "The Three Tuns" Bishop's Castle, Shropshire this was the fourth of only 4 brewpubs in the country during the late 60's. Thank goodness for CAMRA. The 'Worfield Ales' brewery is at the rear of the premises.
