Rhynie dates from 1790, and was planned in the fashion of the time, with broad straight streets at right angles. Main Street is also the A97 road, which as can be seen is not notably busy. Normally I make a point of buying something in the shop when I stop here, but I was unable to do so today as I had forgotten to bring a face covering.
