On stopping service between Sheffield and Manchester Piccadilly. Within the next 3 years a third track should be created here to allow freight trains loaded with cement from the Hope Valley to stand before or after taking the linking curve through short Dore Tunnel between Dore West and Dore South junctions. That provides a link to the Midland mainline through Bradway Tunnel towards Chesterfield and the south.
