The nearer sign is to Ulverston (national cycle route 7 - which is probably a misprint for 70 as route 7 comes nowhere near here) and Coniston (regional route 37). A smaller sign at the far side of the junction points right on routes 70 (Barrow in Furness to Sunderland) and 700 (the Morecambe Bay Cycleway).
