The Baptist Church in Rawtenstall was founded in 1872 and services were held firstly in a local school and then in the Co-operative Hall. In 1876 a chapel (now the church hall) was opened in Kay Street. The present church building was opened in 1901. Church website: https://www.kaystreet.co.uk/
