Putney Park Lane leads from Upper Richmond Road to Putney Heath. It has a narrow road as seen here with a long parallel gravel track to the right. Just ahead is an open space known as The Pleasance. These attractive cottages are part of what is almost a garden-style estate between Putney Park Lane and Pleasance Road on the edge of the much larger estate centred around Dover House Road.
