The bandstand, Beaumont Park, Huddersfield

This was opened in 2011. It is on the base of the original bandstand built when the park was developed in the 1880s. This had poor acoustics, and was soon rebuilt. The bandstand was eventually demolished. The Friends of Beaumont Park raised the funds to have the bandstand rebuilt, in a similar style to the second version.
