Mid 19th century Grade II Listed offices. It was originally built to serve as offices for the Oundle Union Brewery. References to the brewery go back to at least 1836 and the 1838 Exhibition of the Royal Academy includes the entry '1093 Offices, &c., now completing at Oundle, Northamptonshire, for the Oundle Union Brewery Company, from the design, and under the direction of C. Davy'.
