This H-plan building first appears convincingly on a map of 1904. Although close to Foxlydiate House its access appears to be to Birchfield Road. At October 2020 an Esri satellite view shows that a house has been built on the paddock; large-scale mapping and Google Streetview agree that the building pictured has become two dwellings.
