Seen from Bute Street. One of 8 Atlas Mills. This one was built in 1887 for cotton spinning by John Musgrave and Sons and is now owned by a building supplies company. The large projecting engine house contained a large Musgrave horizontal twin tandem compound mill engine and its barring engine is now on display in the Bolton Steam museum nearby.
