Residence of the Dean of the Minster, built 1689, re-fronted in 1785 by William Lumby, probably to match the recently constructed Vicars' Court http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6603676 http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6603678 . The whole complex is Listed Grade II* as a single unit.
