Whiteheads Lodges are situated in Lowercroft near Ainsworth, Bury. there are 3 lodges, Top, Bottom and Middle formerly Mill lodges but now used primarily for fishing. The Friends of Cockey Moor, whiteheads and parkers Lodges Group have been campaigning to buy these lodges off the owner Mr Talbot.http://archive.thisislancashire.co.uk/2006/1/20/882977.html
